Who is Elavantus?
Elavantus was established in August 2022 by Jo after 20 years in the industry and seeing the mess often left in their wake by other ‘consultants’. It was a light bulb moment pushing her to see things differently and offer up better solutions by way of consultation, project management and continuous business improvement.
That light bulb moment led to the creation of Elavantus and Jo wasted no time bringing on board the best-of-the-best people that she had worked with over the years.
The result is a small team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent outcomes and we are mighty in what we do.
We offer bespoke consultancy solutions to businesses small, medium and enterprise businesses.
We will work closely with you to drill down into the problems you have and work hard to implement solutions that will better your organisations operations, profitability and improve your bottom line.
Whether that is via software, process management, logistics or IT transformation, we will find the sticking points, highlight them, and then work our magic to solve them. There is no one size fits all approach in the industry when it comes to technology.
What makes us different is that we work both ways, with the Business and with the Vendors you use or want to Hire, and act as the go-between both parties. We will identify your needs and translate those to existing technology partners or assist in going to market to find the right fit for the business.
You may know what you need from a technical standpoint but not how to request that from a technical specification standpoint and that is where we do our best work.
